IDSS update
Published : May 20, 2020

We are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, IDSS wanted to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the situation at with our First Nation Partners.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who have been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick and to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes. We are truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers in Manitoba who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for the communities in need.

Since March 11, 2020 IDSS has restricted itself to travel in the First Nation Communities and suspended all projects until further notice. Once the travel bands are lifted, we will communicate with our First Nation partners to take precautionary measures to reintegrate ourselves in the communities to jump start our projects.

IDSS is focused on the health and safety for our partners, families, and communities.

Stay safe and Healthy
